CONDITIONING
SATURDAY SCRIMMAGE
RESERVOIR MILE (TBD)
- Physicals are required for ALL players
- Done in school on (TBD), can also be done at outside clinics
- All forms in 'Documents' section
- Due to coach by (TBD)
CONDITIONING
- Every Tuesday and Thursday until practice begins unless otherwise stated
- 6:30-8:30 at UPREP Field (Shawnee St, Pittsburgh, PA 15219)
- Not mandatory, but highly recommended
- Bring cleats and water
- Conditioning Release Form required to participate (found in 'Documents' section)
SATURDAY SCRIMMAGE
- Not mandatory, but all players and alumni invited to attend
- Saturdays at 9am: Chatham University Athletic Field (Woodland Rd, Pgh PA 15232)

RESERVOIR MILE (TBD)
- At Highland Park Reservoir (meet at the entrance to Highland Park)
- Arrive 15 minutes early to stretch, warm-up, etc. (bring running shoes)
